# What is your refund policy?

We have a 30-day money-back policy for subscriptions purchased via the web app
dashboard, starting from the day of the first bill. Refunds requested after the
first 30 days will be automatically denied.



Under this policy, you can request a refund, if you did not find our service
useful. We will refund 100% of the bill amount as soon as we can. Banking
transaction delays can happen.

If you purchased your subscription through the mobile app (Google Play Store or
App Store), we are unable to process refunds directly, as payments are handled
by the respective app stores. For any refund requests in such cases, please

Note



The refund applies to the first payment only. All other payments that fall
outside the 30-day period are not eligible for refunds.
