# How long can I access WhatsForm responses?

Responses are stored forever unless you delete them explicitly from the
dashboard. All the responses of your WhatsForm are stored in your account
forever. You can access the data anytime you want to in the dashboard. You can
export them from the dashboard whenever you choose to.



Note



There is a limit to how long files uploaded via the File Upload Question
[https://whatsform.com/help/article/1044-file-upload-question] will be
available. It will be stored for 1 year on the dashboard. After one year, the
files will be permanently deleted from your account.
