# How to change my current plan?

In this guide, we will walk you through editing your Whatsform subscription
plan.


GO TO THE BILLING PAGE

Please go to your dashboard and visit the billing page
[https://app.whatsform.com/billing] where you can view all our plans. Choose the
plan that best fits your needs. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan based on
your requirements.




CLICK MANAGE CARDS & PAYMENTS

Navigate to the Manage Cards & Payments option, which will take you to the
Stripe billing page. We use Stripe for secure payment processing.


UPDATE YOUR PLAN

In the Stripe billing page, please click on Update Plan to change your current
plan.


If you are choosing a higher plan, that requires payment, please make the
payment using your credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or American Express). Once
your payment is processed, your plan will be updated immediately.

Note

 * When upgrading your plan, you will be billed instantly for the new plan
   amount, but your billing date will remain the same.

 * When downgrading your plan, you will not be billed immediately; the changes
   will reflect in the next billing cycle. Note that downgrading may reduce your
   response count limit and disable some premium features.
