WhatsApp Food Order Form Template

Taking orders over chat means retyping the same questions all day and still missing the delivery address half the time. This template asks for everything once, in order, and drops the finished order into your WhatsApp as a message you can forward straight to the kitchen.

Sesuai untuk

• A restaurant, cloud kitchen or home baker taking direct orders
• A daily menu posted to WhatsApp Status or Instagram Stories
• A QR code on the table for takeaway and collection orders

Put the menu itself in the checkbox question and edit it whenever the menu changes. Checkboxes work better than a text box here because you get consistent item names back, which makes the order readable in the kitchen and easy to total up later.

Ask for the delivery time as a date and time question rather than free text. "ASAP" and "tonight" mean different things to a customer and a kitchen, and a real timestamp removes the follow up message you would otherwise have to send.

Cara menggunakan templat ini

1. Buka WhatsForm dan mulakan borang anda, percuma dan tanpa kad kredit.
2. Tambah nombor WhatsApp anda supaya setiap jawapan sampai ke telefon yang betul.
3. Ubah soalan agar sesuai dengan perniagaan anda, atau terangkan borang anda dan biar AI membinanya.
4. Kongsi pautan atau kod QR borang anda dan lihat jawapan tiba di WhatsApp.
