WhatsApp Customer Support Form Template

Support conversations stall on the same missing detail every time: which order, which product, what actually happened. This template asks for all three before the conversation starts, so your first reply can be an answer instead of a question.

The urgency question is for you, not the customer. Most people pick honestly, and the handful who mark everything urgent are still telling you something useful about how they feel. Use it to sort your WhatsApp list, not to promise a response time you cannot keep.

Keep the order number optional but ask for it first. Customers who have it will paste it, and the ones who do not will not abandon the form over a field they cannot fill in.
