If your form isn’t showing up and you’re seeing a message that says - "Oh no! Somethings not right." instead, here’s why:
Your form was created under a paid plan and includes one of our advanced question types; File Upload Question, Payment Component, Page Component, Calculation Component or Address Question.
After your plan was downgraded to the free plan, these advanced questions are no longer supported, which is why the form can’t be displayed.
In this case, users can still contact you on WhatsApp through your form’s Message Owner option. However, the form questions themselves will not appear until the plan is upgraded.
How to Fix It
To stop this error, simply upgrade your plan again to restore access to advanced questions and make your form visible as before. Alternatively, you can remove any advanced question types from your form and publish it again.
