WhatsApp Job Application Form Template

Hiring for shift work rarely needs an applicant tracking system, but it does need more than a stack of WhatsApp messages saying "interested". This template asks the questions you would ask on a first call, so you can shortlist before you spend any time on the phone.

Great for

Availability is the question that decides most shift hires, so it comes before experience. A brilliant candidate who cannot work weekends is not a candidate for a weekend role, and finding that out in question four saves both of you an interview.

Ask for a link to a CV or profile rather than a file upload. A link opens on your phone in one tap while you are reading the WhatsApp message, and almost every applicant has a LinkedIn, a Drive link or a portfolio URL to hand.
