WhatsApp Shopping Order Form Template

If you sell through Instagram, a catalogue or a WhatsApp group, the order usually arrives as a screenshot and three follow up questions. This template captures the item, the size, the quantity and the shipping address in one go, so the order arrives complete.

Great for

• A boutique or online seller taking orders from Instagram
• A reseller working from a PDF or WhatsApp catalogue
• A pop up stall collecting pre orders before a restock

Name products the way your customers name them, not the way your stock system does. The whole reason a chat order goes wrong is a mismatch between "the blue one from your story" and SKU 4471, and a dropdown of real product names closes that gap.

Ask for the full shipping address as one long text question rather than splitting it into street, city and postcode. Address formats differ enough between countries that separate boxes cause more errors than they prevent, and you are going to read it by eye anyway.
