WhatsApp Travel Booking Form Template

Every travel enquiry needs the same eight facts before you can quote anything, and chasing them one message at a time is where agents lose the day. This template gathers destination, dates, travellers and budget up front and sends the whole brief to your WhatsApp.

• A visa or ticketing desk qualifying enquiries before quoting

Ask for the budget as a range rather than an exact number. People who will not type a figure will happily pick a band, and a band is all you need to decide which package to quote. Make it optional if your market treats the question as rude.

The traveller counts are separate number questions on purpose. Adults and children price differently on almost every product, so splitting them here saves a round trip that would otherwise happen after you have already started building the quote.
