WhatsApp Quote Request Form Template

Quoting a job you only half understand wastes a site visit. This template collects the type of work, the location, the timeline and the budget before you commit an hour to it, and delivers the brief to your WhatsApp where you can ask the one follow up question that remains.

Great for

• A builder, plumber, electrician or painter quoting jobs
• A design, print or photography studio pricing project work
• Any service business that quotes before it books

The property or job type question is what lets you price without a visit. A two bedroom flat and a four storey house are different jobs even when the customer describes both as "a repaint", and one dropdown removes that ambiguity for free.

Ask when they want the work done, and offer "as soon as possible" as a real option. Urgency changes the price on most trade jobs, and a customer who picks it has told you they are ready to book rather than collecting quotes for a decision next spring.
