WhatsApp Table Reservation Form Template

A reservation needs four facts and a phone number, and a phone that nobody can answer during service loses you the booking. This template takes the request through a link and puts it in your WhatsApp, where whoever is on the floor can confirm between covers.

Great for

• A restaurant or cafe taking bookings without a reservation system
• A QR code in the window or on the menu for walk past bookings
• A bar or private dining room handling group reservations

Block past dates on the reservation question and cap the party size at whatever your largest table actually seats. Both constraints stop the bookings you would have to decline, which is a better use of the form than collecting them and replying no.

The occasion question earns its place. Knowing a table is a birthday before the guests arrive costs you nothing and is the difference between a good service and one the guest tells people about.
